The employees at Logo Design Solutions are committed to the maintenance of your trust and confidence and thereby swear by the following privacy policy in order to ensure protection of the personal information you provide us online.

Our policy at Logo Design Solutions maintains that all personal information that you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address and home address, will remain private and confidential. All records will be stored in a secure location and will be accessible only to authorized personnel and used only for the purposes that you will have provided to us. Additionally, any supplemental information that you provide via the questionnaire will be used only as a guide for the designer in helping to create your logo to your specified needs and/or desires.

Non-Disclosure of Personal Information

Your provided personal information will not be given to unaffiliated third parties without your prior consent. There are, however, limited circumstances in which certain personally identifiable information regarding a client may need to be disclosed. Logo Design Solutions may need to employ other companies in order to perform functions such as, but not limited to, processing credit card payments, and other functions necessary for the operation of our business. We will provide only the necessary information that those companies will need to perform their functions, and we will not allow them to use this information for any other purpose.

Refund Policy

Logo Design Solutions guarantees your 100% satisfaction with your logo design or your money back less a $99 service fee which includes a processing and service charge.

This refund will not take effect if:

• You have approved your logo.
• We have begun working on one of your samples and have made 3 or more changes for you.
• The company we are making the logo for closes, changes their name, or their activity.
• We do not hear a response from you for more than 90 days.

Legal Agreement

All rights of the finalized logo created by Logo Design Solutions and designed for its clients belong to the client it was designed for. Logo Design Solutions does not hold any rights to finalized logos.

The client is free to register his/her logo created by Logo Design Solutions under his/her name or trademark.

Logo Design Solutions does not provide registration services, nor does it assume responsibility of any plagiarized name, identity or logo similarity that may occur. We suggest that you register the logo with your state or province in order to protect the design of your logo and prevent imitation of your logo design.
